Terms of Use
These terms cover annisse.com and all of its subdomains, including annisse.com (the Come to My City signup, supporter cards, the interactive digital experiences, and the links out to music and merch) and fan.annisse.com (the Fan Hub: points, rewards and achievements). By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them.
Who can use it
You must be 13 or older. If you’re under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission. Signing up for updates requires a phone number you control.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone. Keep your phone secure; anything done with a valid code counts as you. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time from the Privacy Policy page.
Messages
Checking the consent box means you agree to receive SMS or WhatsApp updates from Annisse about music, shows and this campaign. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. Updates aren’t a condition of buying anything.
What you post
Supporter notes, names, handles and display names are public. You keep ownership of what you write and give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to show it on the site and in campaign material. Don’t post anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything hateful, harassing, sexual, misleading, spammy, or that includes someone else’s personal information. We can edit or remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without notice.
If something on the site infringes your rights or targets you, email privacy@annisse.com with a link and we’ll look at it promptly.
Interactive experiences, points and rewards
Virtual items, in-app currency, points, levels and leaderboard places are features of our interactive experiences. They have no cash value, can’t be sold or transferred, and we may change, reset or retire them to keep things fair or when a campaign ends. Rewards and experiences we offer are subject to their own rules, availability and age or location limits. Don’t automate, exploit bugs, or use multiple accounts to gain an advantage.
Counting your city
Signing up adds your city to the count. The count helps us plan shows; it isn’t a ticket, a promise of a show, or a guarantee of a particular city or date.
Other sites
Bandcamp, Buy Me a Coffee, streaming services, Instagram and other links take you to sites we don’t control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, including to any purchase.
Our content
The music, videos, artwork, names and the site itself belong to Annisse Music LLC or its licensors. You can share links and the pages you create; please don’t copy or reuse anything else without permission.
No warranties; limits on liability
The site is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Annisse Music LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the site, and our total liability to you is limited to US $100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. Questions: privacy@annisse.com.
